THD RESOURCE LIBRARY
The #4Help library is a collaboration by many volunteers over an extended period of time. Our work will never be complete. However, over time we expect our library to improve, grow, and become a "go-to" resource for people wanting to research the many topics for which hotlines and helplines provide services.

In addition to articles, essays, papers, links to nonprofit and governmental resources, the #4Help library has and continues to collect downloadable brochures, one-pagers, booklet, and books that we hope people in need will find easy to access. These materials are also available for existing and new hotline and helpline services, employers, family members, friends, and anyone who has an interest in the topics for which we provide information.

Our library is also a source for collecting data and analyses. Research covers as many aspects of hotline and helpline efficacy as we are able to find and generate using our own collected data. Someday, when we have collected enough data about existing hotlines and helplines to which we route callers to #4Help and who use our "click to call" and "click to chat by text" as well as feedback that we ask our callers and visitors to voluntarily provide, #4Help should have a unique set of data that can only be created by a "directory service" such as ours. All such data will be open source and made available to anyone requester.
