Hands of Hope Health Care Center (HOHHC), is a nonprofit healthcare organization established to provide affordable quality care for uninsured and insured populations of low-income status located in Mobile County and surrounding areas. Healthcare services include: Infant, child, adult and older adult care; health histories, physical exams, health risk screenings, preventative health services, TB skin tests, PAP Smears, Breast Exams, Sport physicals, eye screenings, diabetes and high blood pressure management, asthma. Healthcare services includes medication administered in the office if needed, as well as any lab work. Medication assistant programs available.
